Our mission

Everyone deserves a second chance.

Second Chance Pathways CIC exists to break the cycle of disadvantage. We work alongside people who have faced homelessness, the justice system, unemployment, and hardship — offering practical support, real opportunities, and genuine community.

We believe that with the right support, every person can rebuild their life and contribute to their community.

"I came out of prison with nothing — no home, no job, no idea where to start. Second Chance Pathways gave me a room, helped me get my CSCS card, and found me work within three months. I've got my own flat now. I never thought that was possible."
